目的 观察局部清创联合0.5％聚维酮碘溶液冲洗治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效.方法 对99例(103眼)细菌性角膜炎采取局部清创联合0.5％聚维酮碘溶液冲洗结膜囊及常规药物治疗,观察其治疗效果.结果 经过局部清创联合0.5％聚维酮碘冲洗及常规药物治疗,轻度者治愈率100.00％,中度者81.58％,重度者39.29％.结论 局部清创联合0.5％聚维酮碘溶液冲洗对轻中度细菌性角膜溃疡治疗效果较好,对重度者效果欠佳.
目的 觀察跼部清創聯閤0.5％聚維酮碘溶液遲洗治療細菌性角膜炎的臨床療效.方法 對99例(103眼)細菌性角膜炎採取跼部清創聯閤0.5％聚維酮碘溶液遲洗結膜囊及常規藥物治療,觀察其治療效果.結果 經過跼部清創聯閤0.5％聚維酮碘遲洗及常規藥物治療,輕度者治愈率100.00％,中度者81.58％,重度者39.29％.結論 跼部清創聯閤0.5％聚維酮碘溶液遲洗對輕中度細菌性角膜潰瘍治療效果較好,對重度者效果欠佳.
목적 관찰국부청창연합0.5％취유동전용액충세치료세균성각막염적림상료효.방법 대99례(103안)세균성각막염채취국부청창연합0.5％취유동전용액충세결막낭급상규약물치료,관찰기치료효과.결과 경과국부청창연합0.5％취유동전충세급상규약물치료,경도자치유솔100.00％,중도자81.58％,중도자39.29％.결론 국부청창연합0.5％취유동전용액충세대경중도세균성각막궤양치료효과교호,대중도자효과흠가.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment for bacterial keratitis by local debridement combined with 0.5％ povidone iodine solution used in conjunctival sac.Methods 103 eyes of 99 patients with bacterial keratitis were treated by local debridement combined with 0.5％ povidone iodine solution used in conjunctival sac and medication and the effects were observed.Results The cure rates of above mentioned treatment were as the follows:100.00％ in the mild cases,81.58％ in the moderate cases,39.29％ in the serious cases.Conclusion The local debridement combined with 0.5％ povidone iodine solution used in conjunctival sac and medication is effective for the mild and moderate bacterial keratitis,yet little effective for the serious cases.
