目的 建立有效、可控、简便、重复性好的弥散性低剂量532 nm激光眼损伤大鼠模型.方法 采用相应激光器和自制装置造模,将实验动物分为照射后即刻、1d、3d、5d、7d和14 d组.用直接检眼镜、彩色眼底照相、荧光素眼底血管造影观察受照后大鼠的眼底改变,行视网膜电流图检查.结果 建立了无肉眼可见的损伤的、弥散性532 nm激光照射的动物模型.此模型中眼底照相及荧光素眼底血管造影均未见异常.视网膜电流图显示,随照射时间的增加,暗适应b波振幅明显降低,暗适应眼的最大混合反应a、b波潜伏期延长,振幅降低,明适应视锥细胞反应a、b波振幅明显降低(P<0.05);振荡电位无明显变化(P>0.05);结论 本研究建立了有效、可控制、简便易行、重复性好的低剂量激光重复辐照致眼损伤的大鼠模型.在并未对大鼠的视网膜造成肉眼可见的损伤的情况下,造模组视网膜电生理活动减弱程度与照射时间的延长密切相关.提示在低剂量激光重复照射致眼损伤的临床诊断及对预后的评估中,眼电生理检查应被列为重要的一项辅助检查.受照7d至14d为激光眩目眼损伤致伤效应的平台期.

Objective To establish effective,controllable,simple and well repeatable rat eye model injured by diffuse low dose 532 nm laser.Methods The animal models in rats were made by selfmade laser device and apparatus.These rats were divided into six groups according to their exposure time:instant,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d and 14 d.After exposure,the rats were examined by direct ophthalmoscopy,fundus photography,fundus flurescein angiography and electroretinogram.Results The rat eye model injured by diffuse low dose 532 nm laser was successfully established.The results of direct ophthalmoscopy,fundus photography,fundus flurescein angiography in these models were normal.As shown by electroretinogram,with laser exposure time expending,0.01 rod response of b wave amplitude decreases,0.3 max response of a and b waves amplitude decreased,0.3 cone response of a and b waves incubation period extended and amplitude decreased significantly (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in oscillatorypotentials(P > 0.05).Conclusion The rat eye model injured by low dose laser is effective,controllable,simple and well repeatable.With the laser exposure time expending,the retinal electrophysiological activity decreases.It shows the visual electrophysiological examination is important for evaluation of eye injury due to low dose laser.The platean period is 7 d to 14 d after laser exposure.
