目的 比较直线拟合与曲线拟合计算AFS-230E型原子荧光光度计检测水砷结果的准确度.方法 使用AFS-230E型原子荧光光度计,分别检测标准系列各样品砷的荧光强度值,对荧光强度值和相应的标准系列水砷剂量值用直线和曲线拟合,分别用各自的拟合方程和各样本的荧光强度值计算出各自的拟合剂量,分析拟合结果.结果 水砷在0.1~5.0μg/L时,直线拟合的总体误差值为7.97%,曲线为3.67%,直线和曲线拟合计算结果比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.66,P>0.05);水砷在1.0~20.0μg/L时,直线拟合的总体误差值为9.26%.曲线为2.44%,直线和曲线拟合计算结果比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.63,P<0.05).结论 水砷在0.1~5.0μg/L时,可直接使用仪器程序默认的直线拟合;水砷在1.0~20.0μg/L时,应用曲线拟合,其检测结果较直线拟合准确.
目的 比較直線擬閤與麯線擬閤計算AFS-230E型原子熒光光度計檢測水砷結果的準確度.方法 使用AFS-230E型原子熒光光度計,分彆檢測標準繫列各樣品砷的熒光彊度值,對熒光彊度值和相應的標準繫列水砷劑量值用直線和麯線擬閤,分彆用各自的擬閤方程和各樣本的熒光彊度值計算齣各自的擬閤劑量,分析擬閤結果.結果 水砷在0.1~5.0μg/L時,直線擬閤的總體誤差值為7.97%,麯線為3.67%,直線和麯線擬閤計算結果比較,差異無統計學意義(t=1.66,P>0.05);水砷在1.0~20.0μg/L時,直線擬閤的總體誤差值為9.26%.麯線為2.44%,直線和麯線擬閤計算結果比較,差異有統計學意義(t=2.63,P<0.05).結論 水砷在0.1~5.0μg/L時,可直接使用儀器程序默認的直線擬閤;水砷在1.0~20.0μg/L時,應用麯線擬閤,其檢測結果較直線擬閤準確.

Objective To compare the accuracies of water arsenic testing of AFS-230E-type atomic fluorescence photometer by linear and quadratic curve fitting. Methods AFS-230E-type atomic fluorescence photometer was used to detect the fluorescence intensity of the standard samples. Two series of data, the fluorescence intensity and the standard concentration were fitted with a straight line and a curve. Their fitting concentration was calculated with their samples' fitting equation and fluorescence intensity respectively. Results When the water arsenic concentration was in the range of 0.1-5.0 μg/L, the total error value was 7.79% in linear fitting, 3.67 % in curve fitting, and the calculations were of no significant differences with the linear and curve fitting(t=1.664, P > 0.05). When the water arsenic concentration was in the range of 1-20 μg/L,the total error value was 9.26% percent in linear fitting, 2.44% in curve fitting, and the calculation results were of significant difference with the linear and curve fitting(t=2.63, P < 0.05). Conclusions When the water arsenic concentration in the range of 0.1-5.0 μg/L, the linear fitting which is default in the instrument can be used directly. When the water arsenic concentration in the range of 1.0-20.0 μg/L, the curve fitting should be used because its test results are more accurately compared with the linear fitting.
