目的 探索土壤中的化学元素与氟斑牙的关系,为地方性氟中毒的防治提供科学依据.方法 2011年,在巫山县与奉节县的55个乡(镇)中,采取整群随机抽样方法,选择38个乡(镇),采用Dean法对所有8~ 12岁儿童进行氟斑牙检查,并检测表层土壤中氟(F)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、碘(I)、硒(Se)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镍(Ni)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)11种元素的含量.采用Spearman相关分析方法,分析氟斑牙检出率与土壤化学元素含量的相关性.结果 巫山县儿童氟斑牙检出率与表层土壤氟、镉含量呈正相关,与表层土壤铜、锌、硒含量呈负相关,相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9053、-0.6617、-0.7353、-0.5143(P均<0.05).奉节县儿童氟斑牙检出率与表层土壤氟、镉含量呈正相关,与表层土壤铜、锌、硒含量呈负相关,相关系数分别为0.9959、0.9298、-0.5728、-0.8308、-0.6533(P均<0.05).结论 巫山县和奉节县儿童氟斑牙检出率与表层土壤氟、镉、铜、锌、硒含量相关,应对这些元素与地方性氟中毒的关系进行深入研究.

목적 탐색토양중적화학원소여불반아적관계,위지방성불중독적방치제공과학의거.방법 2011년,재무산현여봉절현적55개향(진)중,채취정군수궤추양방법,선택38개향(진),채용Dean법대소유8~ 12세인동진행불반아검사,병검측표층토양중불(F)、자(Zn)、동(Cu)、전(I)、서(Se)、력(Cd)、락(Cr)、신(As)、얼(Ni)、홍(Hg)、연(Pb)11충원소적함량.채용Spearman상관분석방법,분석불반아검출솔여토양화학원소함량적상관성.결과 무산현인동불반아검출솔여표층토양불、력함량정정상관,여표층토양동、자、서함량정부상관,상관계수분별위1.0000、0.9053、-0.6617、-0.7353、-0.5143(P균<0.05).봉절현인동불반아검출솔여표층토양불、력함량정정상관,여표층토양동、자、서함량정부상관,상관계수분별위0.9959、0.9298、-0.5728、-0.8308、-0.6533(P균<0.05).결론 무산현화봉절현인동불반아검출솔여표층토양불、력、동、자、서함량상관,응대저사원소여지방성불중독적관계진행심입연구.
Objective To explore the correlation between chemical elements in soil and dental fluorosis and to provide a scientific basis for prevention of endemic fluorosis.Methods In 2011,using cluster sampling,totally 38 of 55 townships (towns) in Fengjie and Wushan Counties were selected as investigation spots.Dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 were examined with Dean index in all individuals from the sampled townships (towns).We also detected the content of fluorine(F),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),iodine(I),selenium(Se),cadmium (Cd),chromium (Cr),arsenic (As),nickel (Ni),mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb) in topsoil of sampled townships (towns).Using Spearman rank correlation analysis the correlation between dental fluorosis prevalence and the content of chemical elements in the topsoil of selected townships (towns) was analyzed.Results Children's dental fluorosis prevalence was positively correlated with surface soil F and Cd content in Wushan County,but negatively correlated with the content of Cu,Zn and Se,and the correlation coefficients were 1.0000,0.9053,-0.6617,-0.7353 and-0.5143,respectively (P < 0.05).Children's dental fluorosis detection rate was also positively correlated with the surface soil content of F and Cd in Fengjie County,but also negatively correlated with the content of Cu,Zn and Se,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9959,0.9298,-0.5728,-0.8308 and-0.6533,respectively(P <0.05).Conclusions The relationship between detection rate of children's dental fluorosis and the content of F,Cd,Cu,Zn and Se in topsoil was positively or negatively correlated in Fengjie and Wushan Counties.And the relationship between these elements and endemic fluorosis should be further studied.
