目的 观察微波联合硫酸镁治疗中心静脉置管致机悈性静脉炎的临床效果.方法 将75例机械性静脉炎患者随机分为两组,观察组(40例)采用微波治疗+50%硫酸镁溶液湿热敷1~2d后,50%硫酸镁纱布浸湿后加温平铺于炎症区域,2~3次/d,30 min/次,连续使用2~3d.结果 观察组治愈37例(92.5%)、显效2例(5.0%)、有效1例(2.5%)、无效0例(0.0%),对照组分别为18例(51.4%)、4例(11.4%)、8例(22.8%)、5例(14.3%),两组治愈率差异有统计学意义(x2=17.224,P<0.05).结论 微波联合硫酸镁治疗机械性静脉炎临床效果显著.
目的 觀察微波聯閤硫痠鎂治療中心靜脈置管緻機悈性靜脈炎的臨床效果.方法 將75例機械性靜脈炎患者隨機分為兩組,觀察組(40例)採用微波治療+50%硫痠鎂溶液濕熱敷1~2d後,50%硫痠鎂紗佈浸濕後加溫平鋪于炎癥區域,2~3次/d,30 min/次,連續使用2~3d.結果 觀察組治愈37例(92.5%)、顯效2例(5.0%)、有效1例(2.5%)、無效0例(0.0%),對照組分彆為18例(51.4%)、4例(11.4%)、8例(22.8%)、5例(14.3%),兩組治愈率差異有統計學意義(x2=17.224,P<0.05).結論 微波聯閤硫痠鎂治療機械性靜脈炎臨床效果顯著.
목적 관찰미파연합류산미치료중심정맥치관치궤계성정맥염적림상효과.방법 장75례궤계성정맥염환자수궤분위량조,관찰조(40례)채용미파치료+50%류산미용액습열부1~2d후,50%류산미사포침습후가온평포우염증구역,2~3차/d,30 min/차,련속사용2~3d.결과 관찰조치유37례(92.5%)、현효2례(5.0%)、유효1례(2.5%)、무효0례(0.0%),대조조분별위18례(51.4%)、4례(11.4%)、8례(22.8%)、5례(14.3%),량조치유솔차이유통계학의의(x2=17.224,P<0.05).결론 미파연합류산미치료궤계성정맥염림상효과현저.
Objective To observe the effect of microwave combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheter to mechanical phlebitis.Methods 75 patients with mechanical phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(40 cases)was given microwave treatment+50% magnesium sulfate after heated and gauzed to soak in the inflammatory area 1~2d,50% magnesium sulfate gauze is soaked,heating tile on inflammation in the area,2~3times/d,30min/time,continuous use 2~3d.Results The observation group cure 37 cases(92.5%),2 cases were markedly improved(5.0%),effective I case(2.5 %),invalid 0 case(0.0%),control group were 18 cases(51.4%),4 cases(11.4 %),8 cases(22.8%),5 cases(14.3%),respectively.The difference of cure rate between two groups was statistically significant(x2=17.224,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of microwave combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment mechanical phlebitis is remarkable.
