目的 探讨不同程度近视对视野检查中光敏感度影响.方法 将60个矫正视力≥1.0、眼压<20 mm Hg、杯盘比<0.3的近视患者分成低、中、高度近视三组,每人均进行客观验光和Humphrey视野仪检查,以平均光敏感度、平均缺损、模式标准差和完成检查所耗时间为检测指标,随机选取一眼的结果,比较各组视野检查指标的异同.结果 视野光敏感度随着近视程度的增加而降低,高度近视组和中度近视组的平均光敏感度和平均缺损明显低于低度近视眼组(P<0.01),但三组间的模式标准差和完成检查所耗时间无显著差别(P>0.05).结论 近视可影响视野光敏感度,近视的度数越高,对视野光敏感度的影响越大.

목적 탐토불동정도근시대시야검사중광민감도영향.방법 장60개교정시력≥1.0、안압<20 mm Hg、배반비<0.3적근시환자분성저、중、고도근시삼조,매인균진행객관험광화Humphrey시야의검사,이평균광민감도、평균결손、모식표준차화완성검사소모시간위검측지표,수궤선취일안적결과,비교각조시야검사지표적이동.결과 시야광민감도수착근시정도적증가이강저,고도근시조화중도근시조적평균광민감도화평균결손명현저우저도근시안조(P<0.01),단삼조간적모식표준차화완성검사소모시간무현저차별(P>0.05).결론 근시가영향시야광민감도,근시적도수월고,대시야광민감도적영향월대.
Objective To investigate the impact of different extent myopia to light sensitivity in vision field examination.Methods Sixty volunteers of different extent myopia were divided into three groups of low,middle and high myopia,with selected conditions including best correction vision≥1.0,intraocular pressure<20 min Hg,and cup disc ratio<0.3.Objective vision correction and Humphrey perimetry were conducted for each person.Mean sensitivity(MS),mean deviation(MD),pattern standard deviation(PSD)and time consuming of examination(T)were recorded as the main indexes.The results selected randomly from both eyes to compare the similarities and differences in three groups.Results Vision light sensitivity reduced with the degree of myopia increasing.MS and MD in high myopia group and moderate myopia group,were significantly lower than that in low myopia group(P<0.01),but PSD and T among the three groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Myopia can affect vision field examination;the higher the degree ofmyopia,the greater the impact on vision light sensitivity.
