o explore the principles of normal-tension glaucoma management,based on the treatment of a 9 years follow-up patient with normal-tension glaucoma whose intra-ocular pressure (IOP) was in the lowest normal limit range,the clinical principles and some valuable factors of the disease were discussed.The latest conception of target IOP and the setting method were analyzed in some detail.72-hour IOP,as an innovative clinically practical method to measure the daily duration of IOP was correspondingly introduced.
