目的 探讨RegⅣ蛋白及糖尿病在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用.方法 免疫组化方法检测RegⅣ蛋白伴或不伴2型糖尿病在人胰腺癌组织中的表达情况,分析其与胰腺癌进展的关系.结果 60例胰腺癌组织中,RegⅣ蛋白表达阳性率为71.7％,明显高于正常胰腺组织的30.0％(x2=10.97,P＜0.05);RegⅣ蛋白阳性胰腺癌患病率为87.8％明显高于阴性者的54.8％(OR=5.90,95％CI 1.90～17.89).Spearman相关分析显示,胰腺癌中的RegⅣ蛋白表达与糖尿病呈正相关关系(rk=0.331,P＜0.05);胰腺癌组织中RegⅣ过表达及合并糖尿病与胰腺癌TNM分期、组织学分化程度、肿瘤大小以及淋巴转移明显相关(P＜0.05),但与患者年龄、性别无关(P＞0.05).结论 RegⅣ蛋白在糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者中过表达,在胰腺癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,可能作为糖尿病及胰腺癌患者一个新的预测因子.
目的 探討RegⅣ蛋白及糖尿病在胰腺癌髮生、髮展中的作用.方法 免疫組化方法檢測RegⅣ蛋白伴或不伴2型糖尿病在人胰腺癌組織中的錶達情況,分析其與胰腺癌進展的關繫.結果 60例胰腺癌組織中,RegⅣ蛋白錶達暘性率為71.7％,明顯高于正常胰腺組織的30.0％(x2=10.97,P＜0.05);RegⅣ蛋白暘性胰腺癌患病率為87.8％明顯高于陰性者的54.8％(OR=5.90,95％CI 1.90～17.89).Spearman相關分析顯示,胰腺癌中的RegⅣ蛋白錶達與糖尿病呈正相關關繫(rk=0.331,P＜0.05);胰腺癌組織中RegⅣ過錶達及閤併糖尿病與胰腺癌TNM分期、組織學分化程度、腫瘤大小以及淋巴轉移明顯相關(P＜0.05),但與患者年齡、性彆無關(P＞0.05).結論 RegⅣ蛋白在糖尿病閤併胰腺癌患者中過錶達,在胰腺癌的髮生髮展中起著重要作用,可能作為糖尿病及胰腺癌患者一箇新的預測因子.
목적 탐토RegⅣ단백급당뇨병재이선암발생、발전중적작용.방법 면역조화방법검측RegⅣ단백반혹불반2형당뇨병재인이선암조직중적표체정황,분석기여이선암진전적관계.결과 60례이선암조직중,RegⅣ단백표체양성솔위71.7％,명현고우정상이선조직적30.0％(x2=10.97,P＜0.05);RegⅣ단백양성이선암환병솔위87.8％명현고우음성자적54.8％(OR=5.90,95％CI 1.90～17.89).Spearman상관분석현시,이선암중적RegⅣ단백표체여당뇨병정정상관관계(rk=0.331,P＜0.05);이선암조직중RegⅣ과표체급합병당뇨병여이선암TNM분기、조직학분화정도、종류대소이급림파전이명현상관(P＜0.05),단여환자년령、성별무관(P＞0.05).결론 RegⅣ단백재당뇨병합병이선암환자중과표체,재이선암적발생발전중기착중요작용,가능작위당뇨병급이선암환자일개신적예측인자.
Objective To evaluate the RegⅣ protein expression profile in pancreatic cancer with or without diabetes,and to define the contribution of Reg Ⅳ in pancreatic cancer development.Methods The expressions of RegⅣ protein with or without type 2 diabetes in human pancreatic cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry,in order to analyze its relationship with pancreatic cancer progression.Results The positive expression rate of RegⅣ in 60 patients with pancreatic cancer was 71.7 ％00 (43/60).The positive expression rate of pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly higher than normal pancreatic tissue (30.0％,x2 =10.97,P＜0.05).The prevalence of RegⅣ proteinpositive pancreatic cancer 87.8％ (43/49) was significantly higher than the negative pancreatic cancer54.8％ (17/31) (OR=5.90,95％ CI 1.90-17.89).Analysis using the Spearman correlation,overexpression of RegⅣ protein in pancreatic cancer resulted in accelerated diabetes (rs =0.331,P＜0.05).Overexpression of RegⅣ protein in pancreatic cancer and with diabetes were significantly correlated with TNM stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and degree of differentiation on histology,but not with age and gender.Conclusions RegⅣ protein overexpresses in pancreatic cancer patients with diabetes and plays an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer.It may be used as a predictor for patients with diabetes and pancreatic cancer.
