目的 对以减压病为研究主题的文献进行文献计量学分析,揭示减压病相关研究现状.方法 选用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索相关文献,利用NoteExpress、Excel以及手工处理,统计分析发文时间、主题分布、作者、作者单位、省市分布和发表期刊.结果 检索到以减压病为研究主题的相关文献共369篇,其中基金文献32篇,占总发文数的8.67%.文献数量总体呈上升趋势,第1作者共252名,其中只发表1篇文献的第1作者约占所有第1作者总数的77.38% (195/252).频次最高的10个主题词为减压病、病例报告、高压氧、潜水、脊髓疾病、疾病模型(动物)、潜水医学、航空、脊髓损伤、骨坏死.减压病相关研究人员和单位80%以上分布在上海、山东、北京、辽宁、广东、陕西等地.结论 自1980年以来,我国对减压病进行了系统研究,并取得了较大进展.

Objective To reveal the present research status of decompression sickness in China through the approach of literature analysis on the subject of decompression sickness.Methods The Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) was chosen as the tool of study and related literature was systematically retrieved.With the aid of Note Express,Excel and manual processing,dates of publication,subject distribution,authors,authors' institutions,regional contributors (provinces and cities) and journals were analyzed.Results A total of 369 articles were retrieved on the subject of decompression sickness,and 32 were from foundation support research programs,accounting for 8.67%.On the whole,the amount of literature tended to increase year by year.In total,there were 252 first authors,and 77.38% of them just published one article(195/252).The most frequently used 10 MESH words were:decompression sickness,case report,hyperbaric oxygen,diving,spinal cord disease,disease model,animal,diving medicine,aviation,spinal cord lesion and osteonecrosis.Eighty per cent of research authors and contributors were distributed in Shanghai,Shandong,Beijing,Liaoning,Guangdong,and Shanxi.Conclusions Since 1980,systematic research has been made on decompression sickness and great progress has been made in this respect.
