目的 探讨孤独障碍儿童静息状态脑功能特点.方法 选取符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第4版)》(DSM-Ⅳ)孤独障碍诊断标准、《孤独症诊断访谈量表(修订版)》(ADI-R)评分超过孤独障碍诊断界限分及《韦氏儿童智力量表》测查总智商≥70分的孤独障碍患儿(儿童孤独障碍组)16例,同时选取性别、年龄相匹配的正常对照(对照组)16名,分别进行静息状态全脑的核磁共振脑功能扫描.采用局部一致性(ReHo)作为测量指标,比较儿童孤独障碍组与对照组之间静息态脑功能的差异.结果 在静息状态下,与对照组相比,孤独障碍组右侧颞上回、额下回、岛叶、前扣带回、小脑后叶,左侧楔前叶,双侧颞中回ReHo减弱(=3.92,5.29,2.85,2.97,4.05,4.10,3.23,2.18;P均<0.05);左侧额上回及右侧中央旁小叶、扣带回和楔叶,双侧额中回和中央后回ReHo增强(t=2.82,2.82,1.76,2.49,4.70,3.15,5.00,2.41;P均<0.05).结论 孤独障碍患儿在静息状态下存在多个脑区功能的异常.
目的 探討孤獨障礙兒童靜息狀態腦功能特點.方法 選取符閤《美國精神障礙診斷與統計手冊(第4版)》(DSM-Ⅳ)孤獨障礙診斷標準、《孤獨癥診斷訪談量錶(脩訂版)》(ADI-R)評分超過孤獨障礙診斷界限分及《韋氏兒童智力量錶》測查總智商≥70分的孤獨障礙患兒(兒童孤獨障礙組)16例,同時選取性彆、年齡相匹配的正常對照(對照組)16名,分彆進行靜息狀態全腦的覈磁共振腦功能掃描.採用跼部一緻性(ReHo)作為測量指標,比較兒童孤獨障礙組與對照組之間靜息態腦功能的差異.結果 在靜息狀態下,與對照組相比,孤獨障礙組右側顳上迴、額下迴、島葉、前釦帶迴、小腦後葉,左側楔前葉,雙側顳中迴ReHo減弱(=3.92,5.29,2.85,2.97,4.05,4.10,3.23,2.18;P均<0.05);左側額上迴及右側中央徬小葉、釦帶迴和楔葉,雙側額中迴和中央後迴ReHo增彊(t=2.82,2.82,1.76,2.49,4.70,3.15,5.00,2.41;P均<0.05).結論 孤獨障礙患兒在靜息狀態下存在多箇腦區功能的異常.
목적 탐토고독장애인동정식상태뇌공능특점.방법 선취부합《미국정신장애진단여통계수책(제4판)》(DSM-Ⅳ)고독장애진단표준、《고독증진단방담량표(수정판)》(ADI-R)평분초과고독장애진단계한분급《위씨인동지역량표》측사총지상≥70분적고독장애환인(인동고독장애조)16례,동시선취성별、년령상필배적정상대조(대조조)16명,분별진행정식상태전뇌적핵자공진뇌공능소묘.채용국부일치성(ReHo)작위측량지표,비교인동고독장애조여대조조지간정식태뇌공능적차이.결과 재정식상태하,여대조조상비,고독장애조우측섭상회、액하회、도협、전구대회、소뇌후협,좌측설전협,쌍측섭중회ReHo감약(=3.92,5.29,2.85,2.97,4.05,4.10,3.23,2.18;P균<0.05);좌측액상회급우측중앙방소협、구대회화설협,쌍측액중회화중앙후회ReHo증강(t=2.82,2.82,1.76,2.49,4.70,3.15,5.00,2.41;P균<0.05).결론 고독장애환인재정식상태하존재다개뇌구공능적이상.
Objective To study the differences of brain function between autistic children and normal controls by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).Methods Sixteen children meeting the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition (DSM-Ⅳ) criteria for autism and Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R)and sixteen healthy subjects matched on age and gender were enrolled and examined with fMRI in resting state.Regional homogeneity (ReHo) approach was used to analyze blood oxygen level-dependent fMRI (BOLD-fMRI) data.Results The functions of brain regions showed significant differences between two groups.Compared with the normal controls,autistic children showed significantly decreased ReHo in right superior temporal gyrus,right inferior frontal gyrus,right insula,right anterior cingulate,right cerebellum posterior lobe,left precuneus,bilateral middle temporal gyrus (t =3.92,5.29,2.85,2.97,4.05,4.10,3.23,2.18 ; all P < 0.05),and significantly increased ReHo in right paracentral lobule,right cingnlate gyrus,right cuneus,left superior frontal gyrus,bilateral postcentral gyrus,bilateral middle frontal gyrus (t =2.82,2.82,1.76,2.49,4.70,3.15,5.00,2.41 ;all P < 0.05).Conclusion The function of brain in resting state are abnormal in children with autism.
