目的 初步建立适应基于团队学习模式(team-based learning,TBL)的口腔正畸学课程设置和相应的评估体系.方法 将TBL教学管理模式引入口腔正畸学教学中.将30名正畸专业研究生分为TBL教学组和传统教学组,分别试行TBL教学管理模式和传统教学模式,并利用医学教育环境测量工具(Dundee ready education environment measure,DREEM)量表对教学结果进行比较评估.结果 TBL教学组和传统教学组的DREEM量表总分分别为(145.1±5.1)和(130.3±6.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 TBL有一定优越性,但还需继续探索完善.

Objective To establish a team-based learning system in graduate orthodontic education.Methods The team-based learning (TBL) method was applied in orthodontic education.The graduate students in orthodontics were divided into the TBL group and the traditional teaching group.The two groups tried TBL method and traditional method,respectively.The Dundee ready education environment measure (DREEM) inventory was used to compare and evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of the DREEM inventory in the TBL and the traditional teaching groups were 145.1 ± 5.1 and 130.3 ± 6.2,respectively (P < 0.0 1).Conclusions The TBL was good.However,the system needed to be improved.
