目的 通过应用辅酶Q10后实验性大鼠口腔溃疡组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)及丙二醛(malondialdehyde)的含量测定,评价辅酶Q10对大鼠口腔溃疡的影响,以期为口腔溃疡的治疗提供新方法.方法 将15只SD大鼠利用SPSS软件随机分为3组:正常对照组、模型对照组及辅酶Q10组,每组5只.正常对照组不作处理,其他两组利用冰醋酸法建立口腔溃疡动物模型,辅酶Q10组每天以辅酶Q10灌胃,其他两组以等体积生理盐水灌胃,用药13 d,观察并记录口腔溃疡的愈合情况;于实验13 d后处死动物切取相应黏膜组织,分光光度法测量组织匀浆中SOD及丙二醛的含量.结果辅酶Q10组溃疡平均愈合时间[(9.4±1.1)d]显著短于模型对照组[(12.0±1.6)d],且前者SOD含量[(114.81±3.69) U/mg]显著高于模型对照组[(89.66±12.50) U/mg],丙二醛含量[(1.83 ±0.13) μmol/g]显著低于模型对照组[(2.26 ±0.13) μmol/g],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常对照组SOD含量[(131.01 ±16.09) U/mg]显著高于其他两组,丙二醛含量[(1.31 ±0.15) μmol/g]显著低于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 辅酶Q10可以增强组织中清除自由基和抗氧化的能力,对促进上皮组织修复加速溃疡愈合有积极意义.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of coenzyme Q10 in rat oral ulcer by measuring the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in oral ulcer tissues of experimental rats.Methods Fifteen SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,normal control group,model control group,coenzyme Q10 group (n =5).Normal control group did not receive treatment,while oral ulcer in other groups was created with glacial acetic acid method.Coenzyme Q10 group was daily intragastric administrated with coenzyme Q10,and the other two groups with an equal volume of saline for 13 days.The oral ulcer was observed and recorded.Thirteen days later,the animals were sacrificed and ulcer samples and normal mucosa were dissected.The contents of SOD and MDA in tissue homogenates were measured by photomery.Results The average cure period [(9.4 ± 1.1) d] in coenzyme Q10 group was significantly shorter than that of model control group [(12.0 ± 1.6) d].The SOD level [(114.81 ± 3.69) U/mg]in coenzyme Q10 group was significantly higher than that in model control group [(89.66 ± 12.50) U/mg],and MDA level in coenzyme Q10 group [(1.83 ±0.13) μmol/g] was lower than that in model control group [(2.26 ± 0.13) μmol/g] (P < 0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the normal control group had a higher activity of SOD[(131.01 ± 16.09) U/mg] and a lower content of MDA [(1.31 ± 0.15) μmol/g] (P < 0.05).Conclusions Coenzyme Q10 may promote ulcer healing by enhancing the capacity of free radical scavenging and antioxidant.
