    通过观察糖尿病肾病患者肾活检标本肾小球足细胞特异性蛋白podocalyxin(PCX)的表达,及舒洛地特治疗前后尿中PCX阳性足细胞数变化,证实舒洛地特对糖尿病肾病肾小球足细胞有一定保护作用并对足细胞脱落可能有抑制作用.
    통과관찰당뇨병신병환자신활검표본신소구족세포특이성단백podocalyxin(PCX)적표체,급서락지특치료전후뇨중PCX양성족세포수변화,증실서락지특대당뇨병신병신소구족세포유일정보호작용병대족세포탈락가능유억제작용.
    The podocalyxin expression in glomerulus in patients with diabetic nephropathy and urinary podocalyxin-positive podocytes were observed and determined before and after sulodexide treatment.The results demonstrated that sulodexide may protect the podocyte by inhibiting its detachment from glomerulus.
