在中国华东地区育龄期女性中,探讨血清催乳素水平与胰岛素敏感性之间的相关性.共有211例育龄期女性纳入本研究,根据1998年世界卫生组织对于肥胖的诊断标准将受试者划分为正常体重组40名,超重组31例,肥胖组140例,所有受试者均进行75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验评估机体糖耐量状况,并运用Bergman微小模型技术结合静脉糖耐量试验评估胰岛素敏感指数.超重组与肥胖组的血清催乳素水平显著高于正常体重组(24.91 ng/ml、27.07 ng/ml对8.06 ng/ml,P<0.01),超重组与肥胖组之间催乳素水平无显著差异(P=0.366).多元逐步回归分析,校正混杂因素之后,发现血清催乳素水平与体重指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与胰岛素敏感指数呈显著负相关(P=0.01).在中国华东地区的育龄期女性中,血清催乳素水平与胰岛素敏感性密切相关.

To study the association between serum prolactin levels and insulin sensitivity in women of childbearing age in Eastern China.In the present study,211 women were enrolled and subdivided into normal weight group (n =40),overweight group (n =31),and obese group (n =140),according to the World Health Organization' s definition of obesity.All subjects received a standard 75 g oral glucose tolerance test.Insulin sensitivity index was assessed by the reduced sample number of Bergman's minimal model combined with intravenous glucose tolerance test.Serum prolactin levels in the overweight and obese subjects were significantly elevated when compared that in normal weight subjects(24.91 ng/ml,27.07 ng/ml vs 8.06 ng/ml,P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the levels in overweight and obese group(P =0.366).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that body mass index and insulin sensitivity index were independently associated with serum prolactin levels.Serum prolactin level is significantly associated with insulin sensitivity in women of child-bearing age.
