选取门诊患者203例,据样本中血清铁蛋白中位数(98.7 ng/ml)及有无糖尿病家族史分为4组,有糖尿病家族史且血清铁蛋白水平较高的患者,其口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)0、1、2和3h点血糖、空腹胰岛素水平及稳态模型评估的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显增高(P＜0.05).本研究结果提示,应重视2型糖尿病一级亲属糖代谢的早期筛查,特别是其存在较高的血清铁蛋白水平时.

Two hundred and three out-patients were divided into 4 groups according to the median of serum ferritin(98.7 ng/ml) and family history of type 2 diabetes.Blood glucose (0,1,2,and 3 h during oral glucose tolerance test),fasting insulin,and homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were increased (all P＜0.05) in the patients with positive family history of diabetes and higher level of serum ferritin.The results suggest that early screening of the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus may be necessary,especially when their serum ferritin reaches a higher level.
