目的 分析迈之灵治疗混合痔的疗效及对创面愈合的影响.方法 将150例混合痔患者完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例.对照组术前术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,术前1d开始口服迈之灵300 mg/次,2次/d,连续服用10 d.观察2组术后水肿、出血、疼痛症状消失时间和创面愈合时间.结果 观察组术后水肿、出血、疼痛症状消失时间和创面愈合时间短于对照组[(5.0±2.1)d比(8.8±3.6)d,(5.6±4.4)d比(12.2±4.7)d,(5.8±2.3)d比(11.2±4.5)d,(19.3±1.7)d比(23.5±1.5)d,均P＜0.05],术后并发症评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)；观察组术后治疗总有效率为94.7％ (71/75),对照组术后治疗总有效率为80.0％(60/75),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 口服迈之灵可减少混合痔患者术后疼痛、水肿等并发症的发生,有效缩短混合痔术后水肿、出血、疼痛症状消失时间和创面愈合时间.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of aescuven forte after operation treating mixed hemorrhoids and the effect on wound healing.Methods All 150 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The Control group (75 cases) were given conventional treatment preoperative and postoperative,the observation group (75 cases) were given oral forte 300 mg two times a day based on the treatment of control group,at one day before operation,treated for 10 days.Postoperative edema,bleeding,pain disappeared in time and the time of wound healing of two groups were observed.Results Postoperative edema,bleeding,pain symptoms disappear time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than the control group [(5.0 ± 2.1) d vs (8.8 ± 3.6) d,(5.6 ±4.4)d vs (12.2 ±4.7)d,(5.8 ±2.3)d vs (11.2 ±4.5)d,(19.3 ± 1.7)d vs (23.5 ± 1.5)d,all P＜0.05],the scores of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of control group,and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05) ; the total effective rate in observation group and control group after treatment was 94.7％ (71/75),80.0％ (60/75) respectively,and the difference was statistical significant in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Oral forte may reduce postoperative pain,edema and other complications,and shorten the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema,bleeding,time of pain disappearing and the time of wound healing.
