目的 了解广州市中心城区急诊就诊成人患者特征,为急诊管理和决策提供依据.方法 对广州市中心城区大型综合性医院2007年1月至2012年12月连续6年有急诊就诊登记的患者进行统计,分析和研究急诊就诊患者的人群特征.结果 2007年1月至2012年12月的连续6年间,急诊就诊例次234 601,各年份例次分别为36 601、35 987、39 584、40 266、38 142、44 021,呈上升态势,女性就诊人数超过男性,并呈快速上升趋势,连续6年的医保患者数量占年总病例数分别是11 532/36 601 (35.5％)、13 269/35987(36.9％)、17 391/39 584 (43.9％)、19 137/40 266 (47.5％)、17 571/38 142 (46.1％)、20 844/44 021(47.4％),进行性升高,各年龄段就诊人数有明显规律性,以20～ 29岁为最多,随年龄段增长而降低.结论 近6年来广州市中心城区成人急诊患者有一定变化特征,即急诊总量稳步增加,女性多于男性,并有上升趋势,医疗保障人数不断增加,青壮年是主要就诊人群,随年龄增加而降低.

Objective To study the characterization of adult patients in emergency department and to provide evidence for emergency management and decision making.Methods We statistic continuous 6 years from 2007 to 2012 registered emergency department adult patients in large scale general hospital of central district of Guangzhou city,analyzed the characterization of adult patients in emergency department.Results From 2007 to 2012,continuous 6 years of registered emergency department adult patients,the total case number was 234 601,in each year were 36 601,35 987,39 584,40 266,38 142 and 44 021,respectively,the number raised with the year passing,female more than male patients.The number of medical insurance to year total cases were 11 532/36 601 (35.5％),13 269/35 987(36.9％),17 391/39 584(47.5％),17 571/38 142(46.1％) and 20 844/44 021 (47.4％),respectively.Case number had significantly regularity in each age stage,aged at 20-29 were the main section,the number decreased with the age increased.Conclusion Over the pass six years,registered emergency adult patients in general hospital of central area of Guangzhou city has some characteristic,total number of emergency visit patients increase gradually,female more than male,the medical insurance number in each year cases are increasing,postadolescent is the main number of patients and is decreased with the age increasing.
