目的 探讨不稳定型心绞痛与急性心肌梗死患者血清膜联蛋白A1表达的差异及其意义.方法 90例冠心病患者按临床诊断分为不稳定型心绞痛组(54例)及急性心肌梗死组(36例),选择冠状动脉造影结果为阴性的成年人30例作为对照组.检测3组受试者血清膜联蛋白A1浓度.结果 膜联蛋白A1表达情况:对照组为(3.24±0.16)μg/L,不稳定型心绞痛组为(0.68±0.15)μg/L,急性心肌梗死组为(0.35±0.18) μg/L.不稳定型心绞痛组与急性心肌梗死组患者血清膜联蛋白A1表达水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),急性心肌梗死组患者血清膜联蛋白A1表达水平高于不稳定型心绞痛组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者血清膜联蛋白A1表达抑制,其表达水平同冠心病病情程度相关,检测血清膜联蛋白A1有助于评估病情及预后.

목적 탐토불은정형심교통여급성심기경사환자혈청막련단백A1표체적차이급기의의.방법 90례관심병환자안림상진단분위불은정형심교통조(54례)급급성심기경사조(36례),선택관상동맥조영결과위음성적성년인30례작위대조조.검측3조수시자혈청막련단백A1농도.결과 막련단백A1표체정황:대조조위(3.24±0.16)μg/L,불은정형심교통조위(0.68±0.15)μg/L,급성심기경사조위(0.35±0.18) μg/L.불은정형심교통조여급성심기경사조환자혈청막련단백A1표체수평균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(균P<0.05),급성심기경사조환자혈청막련단백A1표체수평고우불은정형심교통조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 관심병환자혈청막련단백A1표체억제,기표체수평동관심병병정정도상관,검측혈청막련단백A1유조우평고병정급예후.
Objective To study the difference and significance on the expression of annexin A1 in unstable angina (UA) pectoris and acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods Ninety cases of hospitalized coronary herat disease(CHD) patients were divided into 2 groups.Fifty-four of them were in the UA group and 36 in the AMI group.Thirty cases were in control group.Before meal,the vein blood of the CHD patient group and the control group was drawn within 24 hours after the attack.The sera were centrifugalized and then preserved in-20 ℃ ice box for measurement.The quantity of annexin A1 was measured with double-antibody 125I radio-immunoassay.Results The expression difference of annexin A1 in three groups:control group (3.24 ± 0.16) μg/L,UA group (0.68 ± 0.15) μg/L,AMI (0.35 ± 0.18) μg/L.Expression of annexin A1 in UA and AMI group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05).The expression of annexin A1 in patients with AMI was higher than UA group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The decreased annexin A1 may be a risk factor of CHD and may be related to myocardial damage of AMI.
