目的 观察复方甲松滴耳液治疗顽固性外耳道炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2010年2月至2012年5月我院85例患顽固性外耳道炎患者,完全随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(30例).观察组应用复方甲松滴耳液,对照组应用氧氟沙星滴耳液.观察2组治疗后的体征、症状情况.结果 观察组有效51例(92.7％)；对照组有效21例(70.0％).2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 复方甲松滴耳液治疗顽固性外耳道炎有明显的疗效.

목적 관찰복방갑송적이액치료완고성외이도염적림상료효.방법 선취2010년2월지2012년5월아원85례환완고성외이도염환자,완전수궤분위관찰조(55례)화대조조(30례).관찰조응용복방갑송적이액,대조조응용양불사성적이액.관찰2조치료후적체정、증상정황.결과 관찰조유효51례(92.7％)；대조조유효21례(70.0％).2조료효비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 복방갑송적이액치료완고성외이도염유명현적료효.
Objective To observe the curative effect for the use of metronidazole & dexamethasone compound ear drops to oozed out die-hard otitis extema.Methods From 2010 February to 2012 May in our hospital 85 cases of intractable externa patients,were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (30 cases).Observation group application of compound a loose ear drops,the control group applied ofloxacin ear drops.To observe the signs,symptoms of 2 groups after treatment.Results The effective rate:92.7％ for the observation group and 70.0％ for the comparison group.There was a distinct difference for the curative effect between the two groups.Conclusions There is distinct curative effect for the clinical observation in the treatmem for otitis extema for metronidazole & dexamethasone compound ear drops.
