目的 探讨不同方法对复发性假性耳廓囊肿的治疗效果.方法 对2008年5月至2012年2月在我科就诊的58例复发性假性耳廓囊肿分成2组,穿刺抽液+冷冻+加压包扎组(19例),手术切除囊肿前壁软骨+对穿缝合组(39例),随访3个月到1年,观察2组治愈率、复发率,有效率、并发症等情况.结果 对照组1次治愈后痊愈5例,复发14例,治愈率为26.3％,复发率为73.7％,有效率为78.9％,其中耳廓增厚6例,1例并发化脓性软骨膜炎.观察组治愈38例,复发1例,经过1次穿刺后治愈,治愈率为97.4％,复发率为2.6％,有效率为100.0％.所有患者无耳廓变形、增厚,无化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎的并发症.结论 囊肿前壁软骨切除+对穿缝合是治疗复发性假性耳廓囊肿的高效、首选办法,值得推广.

목적 탐토불동방법대복발성가성이곽낭종적치료효과.방법 대2008년5월지2012년2월재아과취진적58례복발성가성이곽낭종분성2조,천자추액+냉동+가압포찰조(19례),수술절제낭종전벽연골+대천봉합조(39례),수방3개월도1년,관찰2조치유솔、복발솔,유효솔、병발증등정황.결과 대조조1차치유후전유5례,복발14례,치유솔위26.3％,복발솔위73.7％,유효솔위78.9％,기중이곽증후6례,1례병발화농성연골막염.관찰조치유38례,복발1례,경과1차천자후치유,치유솔위97.4％,복발솔위2.6％,유효솔위100.0％.소유환자무이곽변형、증후,무화농성이곽연골막염적병발증.결론 낭종전벽연골절제+대천봉합시치료복발성가성이곽낭종적고효、수선판법,치득추엄.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different methods on recurrence of pseudocyst of auricle cyst.Methods Fifty-eight cases of recurrent pseudocyst of auricle were divided into two groups from May 2008 to February 2012 in our hospital.The first group contained 19 cases using puncturing,freezing and pressure dressing.The second group contained 39 cases using excising anterior wall of cartilage in the cyst and transfixion suture.Follow-up of 3 months to 1 year,the cure rate,recurrence rate,effective rate and complications were observed in the two groups.Results the cure rate,the recurrence rate and effective rate was 26.3％,73.7％,78.9％ respectively in first group,including 6 cases of auricular thickening,1 case of suppurative perichondritis.While the cure rate,the recurrence rate and effective rate was 97.4％,2.6％,100％ respectively in the second group with none deformation,thickening ear and no purulent perichondritis of auricle in all patients.There was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion The operation method excising anterior wall of cartilage in the cyst and transfixion suture is efficient,and the preferred approach for treatment of recurrent pseudocyst of auricle.
