目的 探讨自制氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架的使用效果.方法 选择集中消毒的氧气湿化瓶60个,完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各30个.观察组使用自行设计的氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架进行消毒、晾干;对照组采用传统方法,将氧气湿化瓶放在大塑料桶内一一灌满消毒液消毒.观察2组工作效率、贮存不同时间段内细菌采样合格率.结果 观察组氧气湿化瓶贮存4、7、10 d细菌采样合格率均为100.0%,均明显高于对照组[60.0% (18/30),36.7%(11/30),20.0% (6/30)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).观察组消毒时湿化瓶浸满消毒液、消毒后冲洗湿化瓶、晾干所需的时间均较对照组明显缩短[(1.4±0.3)min比(8.6 ±0.5)min,(2.1 ±0.3)min比(9.8 ±0.9) min,(1.2 ±0.3) min比(5.6±0.5)min],2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 应用自制氧气湿化瓶消毒晾干架,消毒、晾干、贮存氧气湿化瓶的效果优于传统法,对降低医院感染发生率、降低护理人员劳动强度、提高工作效率均有重要的意义.

Objective To explore the using effect of self-made oxygen bottle in disinfection drying rack.Methods Totally 60 oxygen bottle were selected for centralized disinfection and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 in each group.Observation group used a self-designed oxygen wet disinfection for air disinfection air bottle; The control group used traditional approach.two groups' working efficiency,pass rate of bacteria sampling at different storage period were observed.Results Pass rate of of bacteria sampling at 4,7,10 d in observation group was 100.0%,and were significantly higher than the control group[60.0% (18/30),36.7% (11/30),20.0% (6/30)] (all P < 0.01).Disinfection of wetting bottles when impregnated with disinfectant,rinse after disinfection wet bottle were all significantly shorter than the control group [(1.4 ± 0.3)min vs (8.6 ±0.5)min,(9.8 ±0.9)min vs (2.1 ±0.3)min,(5.6±0.5)min vs (1.2 ±0.3)min],the differences were significant between two groups(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Using self-made oxygen bottle in disinfection drying rack is superior to the traditional method; it has an important significance to reduce the incidence of hospital infection and nursing staff labor intensity and improve the work efficiency.
