目的了解成人手足口病患者以及家庭成员感染情况.方法对成人手足口病患者进行观察,并对家庭成员作随访调查,用RT-PCR检测患者及家庭成员的粪便标本病毒分型.结果 4例成人手足口病患者病原学检测结果均为阳性;随访4例成人手足口病患者9名家庭成员,发现2例患者家中曾有手足口病患儿和3例成人手足口病隐性感染患者.结论成人可感染手足口病病毒,并存在成人隐性感染者.
목적 료해성인수족구병환자이급가정성원감염정황.방법 대성인수족구병환자진행관찰,병대가정성원작수방조사,용RT-PCR검측환자급가정성원적분편표본병독분형.결과 4례성인수족구병환자병원학검측결과균위양성;수방4례성인수족구병환자9명가정성원,발현2례환자가중증유수족구병환인화3례성인수족구병은성감염환자.결론 성인가감염수족구병병독,병존재성인은성감염자.
Objective To report four adult patients with hand,foot and mouth disease (HFMD),and to investigate its prevalence in their family members.Methods A clinical investigation was carried out in four adult patients with HFMD,and their family members (or roommates).Fecal specimens were collected from these patients and their 9 family members (or roommates),and reverse transcription-PCR was performed to detect human enterovirus 71 (EV71) and coxsackievirus A16 (CA16) in these specimens.Results Of the 4 adult patients,3 were positive for EV71,and 1 was for CA16.Clinical investigation identified 2 children patients with HFMD (in 2 families) and 3 adult patients with asymptomatic infection with EV71.Conclusions HFMD can affect adults,and may be asymptomatic in adults.
