2010年1月至12月,采用集中、个体、电话干预方式,对社区卫生服务中心160例轻、中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行一年期社区干预,另将160例病情相匹配的患者作为对照.干预1年后,两组患者肺功能、体重指数有改善,相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预组患者的呼吸困难分级下降,六分钟步行距离增加,生活满意指数总分增加,咳嗽、咳痰、气促症状积分年平均发作次数、住院次数、天数共7项指标均得到显著改善,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).

From January to December 2010,collective,individual and telephone instructions were conducted for one-year health education,exercise therapy,psycho-social and behavioral interventions among 160 patients with mild-to-moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at community health service centers.And another 160 patients were selected for the control group.At 1 year post-intervention,lung function and body mass index improved in both groups.And the intergroup difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).As compared with the control group,the integral average annual number of symptomatic episodes of cough,sputum & dyspnea,number of hospitalizations and duration of stay improved significantly.And the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).
