回顾性分析2003年4月-2013年5月之间收治的206例根治性全膀胱切除术后继发尿道癌患者18例的发病情况及其诊治经过.206例根治性全膀胱切除术后尿道癌的发病率为8.7％,2003-2007年为14.3％ (11/77),2008-2013年为5.4％(7/129),尿道癌的发生与膀胱肿瘤的大小、是否多发、肿瘤部位及病理级别等相关,随着膀胱癌指南的严格执行,尿道癌发病率有所下降.根治性全膀胱切除术中发现尿道切缘阳性,肿瘤累及前列腺、膀胱颈、三角区或多发肿瘤,应行全尿道切除术;全尿道切除术是尿道癌有效的治疗手段.

Retrospective analyses were conducted for the incidence and diagnosis and treatment of 18 patients with urethral cancer recurrence among 206 patients after radical cystectomy between the year 2003-2007 and 2008-2013.The recurrence rates of urethral cancer were 8.7％,14.3％ from 2003 to 2007 and 5.4％ from 2008 to 2013.The recurrence of urethral cancer was correlated with primary bladder tumor size,multiple tumor,tumor site and pathologic grading.With the strict enforcement of bladder cancer guideline,urethral cancer incidence tends to decrease.Prophylactic urethral resection should be applied if positive margins are found during cystectomy for bladder cancer,or when tumor has involved prostate,bladder neck and trigone or multiple tumors recur.Urethrectomy is an effective treatment of urethral cancer.
