目的 术中超声(IOUS)监测显微外科手术切除脑室内病变的过程,探讨IOUS在神经外科脑室内手术中的应用价值.方法 2009年3月至2012年12月期间,对神经外科住院的80例经CT和(或)MRI诊断为脑室内占位性病变而行手术治疗的患者进行IOUS检查,并监测手术全过程.结果 80例脑室内占位性病变IOUS均清晰显示病灶,其IOUS表现各具特点.结论 IOUS能准确识别病灶并精确定位,提供实时的术中影像信息,有效指导手术路径、监测手术过程,避免对周围重要结构及大血管的损伤,有助于提高神经外科深部手术的精确性和安全性,还可在一定程度上减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间,提高手术全切率,减少术后并发症.
目的 術中超聲(IOUS)鑑測顯微外科手術切除腦室內病變的過程,探討IOUS在神經外科腦室內手術中的應用價值.方法 2009年3月至2012年12月期間,對神經外科住院的80例經CT和(或)MRI診斷為腦室內佔位性病變而行手術治療的患者進行IOUS檢查,併鑑測手術全過程.結果 80例腦室內佔位性病變IOUS均清晰顯示病竈,其IOUS錶現各具特點.結論 IOUS能準確識彆病竈併精確定位,提供實時的術中影像信息,有效指導手術路徑、鑑測手術過程,避免對週圍重要結構及大血管的損傷,有助于提高神經外科深部手術的精確性和安全性,還可在一定程度上減少術中齣血量、縮短手術時間,提高手術全切率,減少術後併髮癥.

Objective To monitor the whole operation process of microsurgical resection of intraventricular lesions by intraoperative ultrasound (IOUS),and to discuss the value of IOUS in neurosurgery intraventricular surgery.Methods 80 patients of intracranial ventricular lesions by preoperative CT and/or MRI and accepted operation were collected in the study between Mar 2009 and December 2012.IOUS monitoring was performed during the operation.Results 80 lesions were showed clearly by IOUS and had their own characteristics in IOUS images.Conclusions IOUS could provide exact position of intraventricular lesions and real-time intraoperative images.It could also conduct the operation path and its process to avoid the injury of important structures,thus improve the safety and accuracy of the neurosurgical procedures.It also could reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume,shorten the operation time,improve the total resection rate and reduce the postoperative complications.
