目的 研究高血压脑出血患者急性期释放增加的促凝微粒(MPs)的细胞起源,试探讨乳黏素对高血压脑出血患者的治疗意义.方法 采集并离心高血压脑出血急性期(6~72 h)患者45例和健康人30例外周血,利用流式细胞仪对MPs进行定性、定量分析.结果 急性期高血压脑出血患者MPs在6 h(P=0.021)开始升高,24h(P=0.024)达到高峰,急性期总体高于对照组.MPs主要来源于红细胞(P=0.028)、血小板(P=0.012)、内皮细胞(P=0.002)及胶质细胞(P=0.031),P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结论 急性期高血压脑出血患者外周血MPs释放明显增强,来源细胞明显处于激活状态,反映出患者外周血整体促凝活性明显增强,有明显形成血栓倾向.

Objective Study the quantity of increased procoagulant microparticles in patients'blood at the acute phase of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH) and the MPs-origin cells in HICH patients,try to discuss the significance of lactadherin on treatment to HICH.Methods Thirty healthy controls and 45 patients with acute HICH (6-72 h))were recruited.peripheral blood samples were obtained on admission and at 6 h,days 1、2 and day 3 after ICH.Flow cytometry instrument for qualitative and quantitative analysis of coagulant microparticles.Results MPs at Acute phase of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage dedrive from Red blood cells,platelets endothelial cells and gial cell,which is given priority to with platelets and red blood cells,the procoagulant MPs begin to rise at 6 h(P =0.021),and to be peak at 24 h(P =0.024),which are significantly higher than normal control group.Conclusion the acute phase of HICH patients with peripheral blood coagulant MPs arising obviously,it can promot thromboembolism and complications such as edema around the hematoma.the MPs-origin cells were obviously activated.
