目的 了解徐州地区儿童腺病毒感染的型别及流行特点.方法 采用Real-time PCR方法对2011年1月至2012年12月共990份急性呼吸道感染患儿鼻咽分泌物标本进行检测;对腺病毒阳性的标本进行常规PCR扩增hexon基因并对扩增产物进行测序分型,同时用Hep-2进行细胞分离.结果 990份标本中,Real-timePCR检测腺病毒阳性数为164(16.6%);腺病毒感染全年散发,其高峰期为3-4月;以7岁以下儿童多见,感染阳性率为91.5%;对其中100例PCR阳性标本扩增产物进行测序分型,涵盖B\C\E三个亚种,以HAdV B3 18株(占18.0%),HAdV C2 17株(占17.0%),HAdV B7 16株(占16.0%)多见,混合HAdV B3和HAdV B7感染2例;134例PCR阳性标本中分离出毒株59株,分离率为44.0%.结论 腺病毒是徐州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的重要病原,徐州地区腺病毒型别种类多样化,病毒重组变异概率较高,需加强对该病毒的流行监测.

Objective Find out types and popular features of children with adenovirus infection in Xuzhou.Methods Use Real-time PCR method to test nasopharyngeal secretions specimens extracted from a total of 990 children with acute respiratory infections from January 2011 to December 2012; adenoviruspositive separation.Results As a result of 990 specimens,real-time PCR number of positive detection of adenovirus was 164 (16.6%) ; adenovirus infection annually specimens were amplified by conventional PCR and hexon gene amplification products were sequenced and typed.For the same time,use Hep-2 to do cell disseminated the peak period is March to April,which is commonly seen on children under the age of 7.The positive rate of infection is 91.5% ; 100 cases of the PCR-positive samples amplified products were sequenced and typed,covering B \C \E three subspecies,among which HAdV B3 18 strains (18.0%),HAdV C2 17 strains (17.0%),HAdV B716 strains (16.0%) are more common.There are 2 cases about mixed HAdV B3 and HAdV B7 infection; the number from which PCR-positive strains were isolated in 134 cases is 59 the isolation rate of 44.0%.Conclusion Adenovirus is the important pathogen of children with acute respiratory infections in Xuzhou.Xuzhou adenovirus type and species are diverse and the probability of restructuring virus mutation is high,which call for us to strengthen monitoring of the virus prevalence.
