目的 建立犬椎-基底动脉瘤模型进行血流动力学研究.方法 将犬左侧颈总动脉和右侧颈总动脉进行部分端-侧吻合制作倒置的“Y”型动脉汇合部,颈外静脉制作的静脉囊袋和预留的缺口进行吻合建立动脉瘤.4周后数字减影血管造影(DSA)测量、计算动脉瘤和周围血管的几何参数,并进行计算机流体动力学模拟分析.结果 成功建立9例动脉瘤模型,8例完全通畅,1例部分血栓形成.瘤颈部直径为(3.92±1.68) mm,瘤腔宽度为(5.62±1.38) mm,高度为(8.83±2.61) mm,动脉瘤体颈比(AR)值平均为1.98±0.53.各几何参数和血流动力学分析结果均和人类动脉瘤非常相似.结论 实验证明了建立犬椎-基底动脉瘤模型的可行性,所建动脉瘤模型可应用于复杂椎-基底汇合部动脉瘤的临床前研究.

Objective To establish canine vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models and evaluate hemodynamics in the models.Methods Partially anastomose right common carotid artery (CCA) and left CCA (end to side anastomosis) to create inverted Y-junction of arteries,and then suture a harvested segment of external jugular vein to the notch of anastomosis to create a vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm.These animals were examined by using 3D digital subtraction angiography 4 weeks after surgery.Geometry parameters of the aneurysm and surrounding vasculature,specific double inlet profiles were analyzed by simulation of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on these animal models.Results All 9 aneurysm models were created successfully.Completely patency was observed in 8 cases,partial patency in 1 case.The aneurysm height was (8.83 ±2.61) mm,the width was (5.62±1.38) mm,the neck width was (3.92 ±1.68)mm,and the AR was 1.98 ± 0.53.Geometric and hemodynamic environments created in vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models are similar to those reported for human vertebrobasilar junction aneurysms.Conclu-sion This study documents possibility and feasibility of creating vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models in the canine.This model may be useful in preclinical studies targeting various complex vertebral vertebralbasilar artery aneurysm.
