目的 检测骨骼肌组织学的变化,探讨不同修复方式对失神经骨骼肌的影响.方法 将32只普通级SD大鼠左上肢肌皮神经切断,随机分成2组,非神经寄养组(16只);神经寄养组(16只),将胸内侧神经分支的近端移位于寄养组肌皮神经的远端,6周后对两组大鼠行二期神经修复.分别于修复术后6、12周测量两组大鼠双上肢肌肉湿重和肌纤维横截面积,比较各项指标的恢复率.结果 神经修复术后6、12周神经寄养组的肌肉湿重恢复率[(75.18±1.67)%、(86.41±1.53)%]和肌纤维截面积恢复率[(56.14±1.64)%、(74.83±3.54)%]均高于非神经寄养组[(48.32±2.55)%、(50.23±1.52)%和(40.32±1.54)%、(52.26±2.25)%],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 神经寄养可使肌肉保持良好状态,有利于二期神经修复.

Objective Through detect skeletal muscle histology,to observe the effect on nerve anastomosis of skeleta muscle by different methods.Methods The left musculocutaneous nerves were transected in 32 SD rats,then the rats were randomly divide 2 groups,babysitting group(16 rats)and nonbabysitting group (16 rats),the distal end was coapted to the purely motor medial pefctoral nerve,and reanastomosed to its proximal in babysitting group,6 weeks later; the left musculocutaneous nerves were repaired in two groups,After 6 and 12 weeks of the nerve repairation,observing the changing of the wet muscle weight and muscle fiber cross-section area on two side limbs,contrast the resule of the recovery.Results Recover of the wet muscle weight [(75.18 ± 1.67) %,(86.41 ± 1.53) %] and muscle fiber cross-section area of the nerve babysitting [(56.14 ± 1.64) %,(74.83 ± 3.54) %] is better than other groups [(48.32 ±2.55)%,(50.23 ± 1.52)% and (40.32 ± 1.54)%,(52.26 ±2.25)%],the two aspects are significantly different from babysitting group and non-babysitting group.Conclusion Nerve babysitting can prevent muscle atrophy,and it may better to delayed nerve anastomosis.
