目的 探讨出核因子(CRM1)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在胶质瘤中的表达及相关性.方法 免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测75例胶质瘤标本中CRM1和EGFR表达,并分析两蛋白间的相关性.结果 Ⅰ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤中CRM1阳性率分别为25.00% (2/8)、58.33% (14/24)、80.77% (21/26)及94.12%(16/17) (x2=15.6,P<0.05);EGFR阳性率分别为25.00%(2/8)、54.17% (13/24)、69.23% (18/26)及88.23%(15/17)(x2=10.70,P<0.05).CRM1和EGFR共阳性表达40例,EGFR和CRM1共阴性表达14例,EGFR阳性而CRM1阴性表达8例,EGFR阴性而CRM1阳性表达13例(r=0.371,P<0.05).结论 EGFR和CRM1在胶质瘤中表达呈正相关,有助于判断患者预后.

Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of chromosome region maintenance 1 (CRM1) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in glioma.Methods The expression and correlation of CRM1 and EGFR in 75 glioma specimens were analyzed by using immunohistochemical technique,and the correlation analysis between the two different proteins was performed by statistical method.Results Ratio of CRM1 expression was 25.00% (2/8),58.33% (14/24),80.77% (21/26) and 94.12% (16/17) (x2 =15.6,P < 0.05),and that of EGFR expression was 25.00% (2/8),54.17% (13/24),69.23 % (18/26) and 88.23 % (15/17) (x2 =10.70,P < 0.05) in grades Ⅰ-Ⅵ of glioma respectively.Positive coexpression of CRM1 and EGFR was found in 40 cases,and negative coexpression of EGFR and CRM1 in 14 cases.The positive expression of EGFR and negative expression of CRM1 were found in 8cases,and negative expression of EGFR accompanied with positive expression of CRM1 in 13 cases (r =0.371,P < 0.05).Conclusion Positive correlation between CRM1 and EGFR expression in glioma can be used as an important indicator to determine the prognosis of patients with glioma.
