目的 观察鞘内注射亚甲蓝对福马林致痛大鼠的镇痛作用.方法 将雄性SD大鼠24只随机均分为3组(n=8).A组为鞘内注射生理盐水(NS),右后足趾注射生理盐水；B组为鞘内注射NS,右后足趾皮下注射5％福马林l00 μl;C组为鞘内注射亚甲蓝,右后足趾皮下注射5％福马林100μl.在注射前、后3、6h、1、3、7、14 d分别测定大鼠右后足缩足反应阈值(PWT)、热缩足潜伏期(PWL).结果 各时间点B组大鼠PWT [(3.21 ±0.64)、(3.25±0.75)、(3.18±1.82)、(3.09±0.95)、(3.11±1.26)、(3.40±1.32)、(3.34±1.06)g]、PWL[(4.97 ±0.74)、(5.05±0.69)、(5.21±0.86)、(4.81±1.21)、(4.21±0.82)、(3.95 ±0.92)、(4.03±0.78)s]均较A组明显降低(P＜0.05)；各时间点C组大鼠PWT[(3.21±0.64)、(9.82±1.73)、(10.58±1.64)、(11.25±2.02)、(12.01±2.11)、(12.61±1.92)、(12.02 ±2.32)g]、PWL[(4.97 ±0.74)、(11.20±0.78)、(12.35±0.91)、(11.92±1.02)、(13.01±1.23)、(12.85±1.34)、(12.94±1.12)s]与B组比较均明显升高(P＜0.05).结论 鞘内注射亚甲蓝可提高福马林致痛大鼠后足pwT、PWL,对福马林致痛大鼠有镇痛作用.

목적 관찰초내주사아갑람대복마림치통대서적진통작용.방법 장웅성SD대서24지수궤균분위3조(n=8).A조위초내주사생리염수(NS),우후족지주사생리염수；B조위초내주사NS,우후족지피하주사5％복마림l00 μl;C조위초내주사아갑람,우후족지피하주사5％복마림100μl.재주사전、후3、6h、1、3、7、14 d분별측정대서우후족축족반응역치(PWT)、열축족잠복기(PWL).결과 각시간점B조대서PWT [(3.21 ±0.64)、(3.25±0.75)、(3.18±1.82)、(3.09±0.95)、(3.11±1.26)、(3.40±1.32)、(3.34±1.06)g]、PWL[(4.97 ±0.74)、(5.05±0.69)、(5.21±0.86)、(4.81±1.21)、(4.21±0.82)、(3.95 ±0.92)、(4.03±0.78)s]균교A조명현강저(P＜0.05)；각시간점C조대서PWT[(3.21±0.64)、(9.82±1.73)、(10.58±1.64)、(11.25±2.02)、(12.01±2.11)、(12.61±1.92)、(12.02 ±2.32)g]、PWL[(4.97 ±0.74)、(11.20±0.78)、(12.35±0.91)、(11.92±1.02)、(13.01±1.23)、(12.85±1.34)、(12.94±1.12)s]여B조비교균명현승고(P＜0.05).결론 초내주사아갑람가제고복마림치통대서후족pwT、PWL,대복마림치통대서유진통작용.
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of intrathecal injection of methylene blue on formalin-induced pain in rats.Methods Twenty-four male adult SD rats were randomized into 3 groups (n =8 each):group A,normal saline was administered intrathecally and injected into the hind plantar skin of rats; group B,normal saline was administered intrathecally and 100 μl 5％ formalin was injected into the hind plantar skin of rats; group C,methylene blue was administered intrathecally and 100 μl 5％ formalin was injected into the hind plantar skin of rats.The right hind limb paw withdraw threshold (PWT)and paw withdraw latency (PWL) were recorded before and 3 h,6 h,1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days after injection.Results IngroupB,PWT at each time point [(3.21 ±0.64),(3.25±0.75),(3.18±1.82),(3.09±0.95),(3.11 ±1.26),(3.40±1.32),(3.34±1.06) g],and PWL [(4.97±0.74),(11.20±0.78),(12.35±0.91),(11.92±I.02),(13.01±1.23),(12.85±1.34),(12.94±1.12) s] were significantly lower than in group A (P＜0.05).In group C,PWT at each time point [(3.21 ±0.64),(9.82±1.73),(10.58 ±1.64),(11.25 ±2.02),(12.01 ±2.11),(12.61±1.92),(12.02 ±2.32) g],and PWL [(4.97 ±0.74),(11.20 ±0.78),(12.35 ±0.91),(11.92 ±1.02),(13.01±1.23),(12.85±1.34),(12.94±1.12) s] were significantly higher than in group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Methylene blue administrered intrathecally can raise the PWT and PWL,and produce a better analgesic effect in rats with formalin hurting.
