目的 观察20例胰腺癌及胰腺良性病变组织中微小RNA(miR)-217的表达差异,探讨miR-217在胰腺癌中表达的临床意义.方法 收集14例胰腺癌患者手术标本的癌组织,6例胰腺良性病变组织作为对照.采用Agilent 人 microRNA寡核苷酸基因芯片(V12.0)在基因组范围内检测20例组织标本的miR-217表达,并分析其与胰腺癌临床病理参数的关系.结果 胰腺癌组织中miR-217的表达(2.61±3.15)显著低于胰腺良性病变组织(9.65±0.46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),miR-217在胰腺癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟、临床分期、局部淋巴结转移,远处转移、肿瘤分化程度、神经束膜侵犯、脉管侵犯均无明显相关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤T分期、CA19-9浓度明显相关(P<0.05).结论 miR-217在胰腺癌的发生、发展过程可能发挥重要作用.

목적 관찰20례이선암급이선량성병변조직중미소RNA(miR)-217적표체차이,탐토miR-217재이선암중표체적림상의의.방법 수집14례이선암환자수술표본적암조직,6례이선량성병변조직작위대조.채용Agilent 인 microRNA과핵감산기인심편(V12.0)재기인조범위내검측20례조직표본적miR-217표체,병분석기여이선암림상병리삼수적관계.결과 이선암조직중miR-217적표체(2.61±3.15)현저저우이선량성병변조직(9.65±0.46),차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),miR-217재이선암조직중적표체여환자년령、성별、흡연、림상분기、국부림파결전이,원처전이、종류분화정도、신경속막침범、맥관침범균무명현상관(P>0.05),이여종류T분기、CA19-9농도명현상관(P<0.05).결론 miR-217재이선암적발생、발전과정가능발휘중요작용.
Objective To observe the expression of microRNA (miR)-217 in pancreatic cancer tissue and pancreas benign lesions and explore its clinical significance and applied value in pancreatic cancer.Methods Fourteen cases of pancreatic cancer were included in this study.The surgically resected tissues were collected from 14 cases of pancreatic cancer after pancreaticoduedenectomy.Six cases of pancreas benign lesions tissues were used as controls.The Agilent Human miRNAs Microarray (V12.0) was used to screen miR-217 differential expression in the 20 samples,and its relationship with clinicopathological features was subsequently analyzed.Results The expression of miRNAs-217 in pancreatic cancer (2.61 ±3.15) was significantly lower than that in pancreas benign lesions (9.65 ±0.46) (P <0.01).The expression of miRNAs-217 was not correlated with age,gender,smoking status,tumor stage,lymph node metastases,distant metastasis,tumor differentiation,nerve invasion and vessel invasion (P > 0.05),but with tumor T stage and the level of serum CA19-9 (P < 0.05).Conclusion Downregulation of miR-217 in the pancreatic cancer suggests that miR-217 may be involved in tumourgenesis and development of pancreatic cancer.
