目的观察降纤酶在治疗肢体重度淋巴水肿中的作用.方法 107例重度淋巴水肿患者随机分为两组,对照组53例,实验组54例.对照组给予包括利尿、改善循环、烘绑及空气压力波常规综合治疗.实验组在此基础上加用降纤酶.4周后测量患肢缩减率.治疗期间保持血浆纤维蛋白原＞0.8 g/L.结果对照组缩减率平均值为45％,实验组缩减率平均值为63％,对照组及实验组在治疗后肢体缩减率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组显效率为30.2％,实验组显效率为46.2％,对照组及实验组在治疗后显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论加用降纤酶的实验组疗效较对照组明显提高,降纤酶有助于抗纤维化治疗.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of defibrase in the treatment of severe limb lymphedema.Methods 107 cases of severe lymphedema were randomly divided into two groups:55 in the control group,and 54 cases in the experimental group.The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment,and the experimental group was given defibrase additionally.After 4 weeks,the limbs reduction was measured.During the treatment period,the plasma fibrinogen was over 0.8 g/L.Results The control group reduced rate with an average value of 45％,the experimental group reduced rate with an average value of 63％,the control group and the experimental group in the treatment of limb reduction rate difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The control group markedly effective rate is 30.2％,the experimental group markedly effective rate is 46.2％.To compare the rate of the control group and the experimental group effect,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Combined with defibrase therapeutic effect of experimental group significantly improved than the control group,defibrase has clear clinical implications in anti fibrosis treatment.
