目的 探讨微管不稳定蛋白(Stathmin)和肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶(Pin1)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测76例非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁组织中Stathmin和Pin1的表达水平.结果 Stathmin在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为65.79%(50/76),在癌旁组织中表达率为34.21% (26/76),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Stathmin表达水平与非小细胞肺癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P <0.05);Pin1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为84.21% (64/76),在癌旁组织中表达率为27.63%(21/76),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Pin1表达水平与非小细胞肺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 Stathmin和Pin1的表达在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of stathmin and peptidyl prolyl cistrans isomerase (Pin1) in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC),and their relation to the clinicopathological features.Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of stathmin and Pin1 in 76 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues.Results The expression rate of stathmin was 65.79% (50/76) in NSCLC tissues,and 34.21% (26/76) in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues (P < 0.01).The expression levels of stathmin were related with histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC (P < 0.05).The expression rate of Pin1 was 84.21% (64/76) in NSCLC tissues,and 27.63% (21/76) in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues (P < 0.01).There was a close relation between the expression of Pin1 and TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Conclusion Stathmin and Pin1 have important roles in the pathogenesis of NSCLC.
