目的 探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)和p53在胆囊癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学的方法测定HMGB1及p53在30例胆囊癌及30例胆囊良性病变组织中的表达,来探讨HMGB1及p53和胆囊癌生物学特性之间的关系.结果 HMGB1和p53在胆囊癌组中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%(25/30)和76.7%(23/30),显著高于其在胆囊良性病变的阳性表达率(分别为16.7%、13.3%,P<0.05).HMGB1和p53在胆囊癌组中的阳性表达与胆囊癌患者的性别、年龄及病理组织学类型无相关(P>0.05),而与胆囊癌的临床分期和分化程度明显相关(P<0.05).HMGB1和p53在胆囊癌组中的阳性表达明显相关(r=0.526,P<0.05).结论 HMGB1和p53在胆囊癌中呈高表达.HMGB1和p53在胆囊癌的发生、发展和侵袭中共同发挥作用.

Objective To study the expression and significance of high mobility group box protein-1 (HMGB1) and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The expression of HMGB1 and p53 in 30 cases of gallbladder carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of gallbladder benign lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlation with clinicopathological features of gallbladder carcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of HMGB1 and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma was 83.3% (25/30) and 76.7% (23/30) respectively,significantly higher than in gallbladder benign lesions (16.7% and 13.3% respectively,P < 0.05).The expression of HMGB1 and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma was not related with age,sex,and histologic type (P > 0.05),but significantly correlated with clinical stage and differentiation (P < 0.05).There was obvious correlation between the expression of HMGB1 and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma (r =0.526,P < 0.05).Conclusion Both HMGB1 and p53 were up-regulated in gallbladder carcinoma,suggesting their synergistic effects played in the carcinogenesis,development and invasion of gallbladder carcinoma.
