目的观察POK红系髓性致癌因子(Pokemon)与转移抑制因子(MTSS1)在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨两者与胃癌临床病理特征的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测77例胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中Pokemon和MTSS1表达水平.结果 Pokemon在胃癌组织中的表达率明显高于癌旁组织(63.64％比20.78％,P＜0.01),Pokemon表达水平与胃癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P＜0.05);MTSS1在胃癌组织中表达率明显低于癌旁组织(59.74％比84.42％,P＜0.01),MTSS1表达水平与胃癌肿瘤大小、组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P＜0.05).结论 Pokemon过度表达和MTSS1表达缺失在胃癌的发生、发展过程中发挥一定作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of Pok erythroid myeloid oncogenic factor (Pokemon) and metastasis suppressor 1 (MTSS1) in gastric carcinoma,and their relation to the clinical pathology significance.Methods Pokemon and MTSS1 expression in 77 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues were examined by using immunohistochemical method.Results The expression rate of Pokemon in gastric carcinoma tissues was higher than that of non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (63.64％ vs.20.78％,P ＜ 0.01),the expressions of Pokemon were correlated with gastric carcinoma to histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05) ; the expression rate of MTSS1 in gastric carcinoma tissues was lower than that of non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (59.74％ vs.84.42％,P ＜ 0.01),the expressions of MTSS1 were correlated with gastric carcinoma to tumor size,histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of Pokemon and downregulation of MTSS1 are closely correlated with the onset and progression of gastric carcinoma.
