基于对医院接受企业资助科研项目的现状和问题的分析,本文提出了企业资助科研项目的规范化管理措施以及在此基础上形成的规范化管理模式.该管理模式的构建与应用将有效规范医院接受企业资助科研项目的监督管理,保证科研经费的合理使用和项目研究的顺利开展.

Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the management of companyfunded research projects,the feasible management measures are proposed and a standardized management mode for company-funded research projects is established.The establishment and application of the management mode are effective in regulating the supervision and management of those projects,facilitate the implementation of the projects,and optimize the use of research funds.
