目的 探讨Kissl蛋白及其受体GPR54与结直肠癌转移的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测121例结直肠癌原发灶及相应61例淋巴结转移灶中Kissl、GPR54的表达.结果 Kissl在伴淋巴结转移的结直肠癌原发灶表达率(52.46%)低于无淋巴结转移者(71.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.030);伴远处器官转移者表达率(28.57%)低于无远处器官转移者(69.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);结直肠癌淋巴结转移灶中Kissl表达率(22.95%)低于其原发灶Kissl的表达率(52.46%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001).GPR54在结直肠癌原发灶中的表达与有无淋巴结转移及远处器官转移无关(P>0.05).结论 Kissl表达下降与结直肠癌的转移密切相关,可能参与肿瘤转移的调控.

Objective To investigate the role of Kissl and its receptor GPR54 in tumor metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Kissl and GPR54 in 121 specimens of colorectal primary carcinoma tissue and 61 specimens of nodal metastasis from advanced colorectal carcinoma were examined by SP immunohistochemical method.Results Kissl expression in the colorectal carcinoma with nodal metastasis (52.46%)was lower than in that with no nodal metastasis(71.67%),the difference had statistical significance (P=0.030);Kiss1 expression in the colorectal carcinoma with distant metastasis(28.57%)was lower than in that with no distant metastasis(69.00%),the difference had statistical significance(P=0.001).Kissl expression in the nodal metastasis(52.46%)was lower than that in the primary tumor tissues(71.67%),the difference had statistical significance(P=0.001).But the significant differences were not seen in GPR54(P>0.05).Conclusion Kissl maybe play a critical role in the metastasis of colorectal carcinoma,which suggests that Kiss1 maybe regulate the tumor metastasis.
