目的 观察高压氧联合硝酸甘油治疗妊娠期高血压疾病合并胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的临床疗效.方法 将60例IUGR患儿随机分为试验组及对照组,每组各30例.试验组给予硝酸甘油加高压氧治疗,对照组给予硝酸甘油治疗.全部孕妇均定期行超声检查及脐血流波形测定.结果 高压氧联合硝酸甘油综合治疗后试验组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的83.3% (P<0.05).试验组脐动脉阻力指数值较对照组明显下降(P<0.05).结论 高压氧联合硝酸甘油治疗妊娠期高血压疾病,能显著改善IUGR患者的血流动力学,并可获得显著临床疗效.
目的 觀察高壓氧聯閤硝痠甘油治療妊娠期高血壓疾病閤併胎兒宮內髮育遲緩(IUGR)的臨床療效.方法 將60例IUGR患兒隨機分為試驗組及對照組,每組各30例.試驗組給予硝痠甘油加高壓氧治療,對照組給予硝痠甘油治療.全部孕婦均定期行超聲檢查及臍血流波形測定.結果 高壓氧聯閤硝痠甘油綜閤治療後試驗組總有效率為96.7%,顯著高于對照組的83.3% (P<0.05).試驗組臍動脈阻力指數值較對照組明顯下降(P<0.05).結論 高壓氧聯閤硝痠甘油治療妊娠期高血壓疾病,能顯著改善IUGR患者的血流動力學,併可穫得顯著臨床療效.
목적 관찰고압양연합초산감유치료임신기고혈압질병합병태인궁내발육지완(IUGR)적림상료효.방법 장60례IUGR환인수궤분위시험조급대조조,매조각30례.시험조급여초산감유가고압양치료,대조조급여초산감유치료.전부잉부균정기행초성검사급제혈류파형측정.결과 고압양연합초산감유종합치료후시험조총유효솔위96.7%,현저고우대조조적83.3% (P<0.05).시험조제동맥조력지수치교대조조명현하강(P<0.05).결론 고압양연합초산감유치료임신기고혈압질병,능현저개선IUGR환자적혈류동역학,병가획득현저림상료효.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with nitroglycerin injection on intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR).Methods Sixty IUGR infants were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The infants in treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with nitroglycerin injection,and the infants in control group were treated with nitroglycerin injection only.All pregnant women underwent regular ultrasound examination and umbilical blood flow waveform measurement.Results The total effective rate was 96.7% after hyperbaric oxygen combined with nitroglycerin injection treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.3%),P < 0.05.The umbilical artery RI value decreased significantly in treatment group than that in the control group (P < O.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with nitroglycerin injection in the treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy can obviously improve the blood rheology in patients with IUGR significantly and obtain significant clinical effect.
