目的 探讨中西医结合治疗中、重度乳腺增生症的疗效.方法 对176例临床症状明显的中、重度乳腺增生症患者服用三苯氧胺(TAM)加解郁散结合剂(为医院自制药)或乳癖消片,疗程为3个月经周期.结果 近期治愈30例,占17.05％,显效98例,占55.68％,有效22例,占12.5％,总有效150例,占82.73％；无效26例,占17.27％,其中有5例为不能耐受药物不良反应.结论 TAM与解郁散结合剂或乳癖消片联合治疗乳腺增生症,效果显著,短期服用不良反应少,临床应用安全性高,同时对治疗无效者应定期随访,综合治疗.

목적 탐토중서의결합치료중、중도유선증생증적료효.방법 대176례림상증상명현적중、중도유선증생증환자복용삼분양알(TAM)가해욱산결합제(위의원자제약)혹유벽소편,료정위3개월경주기.결과 근기치유30례,점17.05％,현효98례,점55.68％,유효22례,점12.5％,총유효150례,점82.73％；무효26례,점17.27％,기중유5례위불능내수약물불량반응.결론 TAM여해욱산결합제혹유벽소편연합치료유선증생증,효과현저,단기복용불량반응소,림상응용안전성고,동시대치료무효자응정기수방,종합치료.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of mean and severe hyperplasia by combined traditional chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine.Methods Tamoxifen(TAM) and tabele of Rupixiao or Jieyusanjie mixture were given to 176 patients with mean or severe hyperplasia,3 menstrual cycles.Results The cure rate in the short term was 17.05％ (30/176),the excellence rate was 55.68％ (98/176) ; the ordinary effective rate was 12.5％ (22/176),and the total effective rate was 82.73％ (150/176).The nullity rate was 17.27％ (26/176),including 5 patients who was enable to tolerant the side effects.Conclusions It is effective for treating breast hyperplasia by taking medicine of TAM combined with tablets of Rupixiao and Jieyusan,and the side effects are less and the clinical safety is high in the shorter therapeutic term.At the mean time,combined therapy and regular follow-up should be taken for the nullity patients.
