目的 探讨早产儿喂养不耐受的影响因素及治疗方法.方法 对2009年3月至2011年5月在湖北省中山医院新生儿科住院的168例早产儿的出生体质量、胎龄、开始喂养日龄、窒息等与喂养不耐受性的关系进行了回顾性分析.结果 早产儿发生喂养不耐受约占36.9％,胎龄小、低体质量、开奶延迟、加奶过快、胎粪排出延迟、窒息等因素影响喂养耐受性.结论 早产儿早期微量喂养、非营养性吸吮、缓慢加奶、促进排便和促胃肠动力药物、抚触、微生态制剂可降低早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率,缩短达到全胃肠喂养时间,促进早产儿早期生长发育.
目的 探討早產兒餵養不耐受的影響因素及治療方法.方法 對2009年3月至2011年5月在湖北省中山醫院新生兒科住院的168例早產兒的齣生體質量、胎齡、開始餵養日齡、窒息等與餵養不耐受性的關繫進行瞭迴顧性分析.結果 早產兒髮生餵養不耐受約佔36.9％,胎齡小、低體質量、開奶延遲、加奶過快、胎糞排齣延遲、窒息等因素影響餵養耐受性.結論 早產兒早期微量餵養、非營養性吸吮、緩慢加奶、促進排便和促胃腸動力藥物、撫觸、微生態製劑可降低早產兒餵養不耐受的髮生率,縮短達到全胃腸餵養時間,促進早產兒早期生長髮育.
목적 탐토조산인위양불내수적영향인소급치료방법.방법 대2009년3월지2011년5월재호북성중산의원신생인과주원적168례조산인적출생체질량、태령、개시위양일령、질식등여위양불내수성적관계진행료회고성분석.결과 조산인발생위양불내수약점36.9％,태령소、저체질량、개내연지、가내과쾌、태분배출연지、질식등인소영향위양내수성.결론 조산인조기미량위양、비영양성흡전、완만가내、촉진배편화촉위장동력약물、무촉、미생태제제가강저조산인위양불내수적발생솔,축단체도전위장위양시간,촉진조산인조기생장발육.
Objective To investigate the influencing factors and treatment measures of feeding intolerance in premature infants.Methods The relationships between feeding intolerance and birth weight,gestational age,start feeding age,choke of 168 premature infants in zhongshan hospital from March 2009 to April 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of feeding intolerance in premature infants was 36.9％,and the factors such as small gestational age,low birth weight,feeding delay,adding milk too fast,delayed passage of meconium,choke were related with feeding intolerance.Conclusions Feeding of premature infants early,non-nutritive sucking,slowly adding the milk,and promote bowel movements and promote gastrointestinal motility drugs,massage,probiotics can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance in premature infants,shorten the time reach to total parenteral feeding time,promote the early growth and development of premature infants.
