目的 探讨微创髓内钉固定治疗胫骨多段骨折的疗效.方法 对52例胫骨多段骨折采用微创技术行髓内钉内固定患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 52例患者均获得随访,随访时间1～3年,平均1.5年.骨折全部达到临床愈合,无骨不连及主钉断裂.膝前疼痛2例,锁钉松动断裂5例.结论 微创技术治疗胫骨多段骨折髓内钉固定疗效良好,手术创伤小,并发症发生率低,是一种安全有效的方法.
目的 探討微創髓內釘固定治療脛骨多段骨摺的療效.方法 對52例脛骨多段骨摺採用微創技術行髓內釘內固定患者的臨床資料進行分析.結果 52例患者均穫得隨訪,隨訪時間1～3年,平均1.5年.骨摺全部達到臨床愈閤,無骨不連及主釘斷裂.膝前疼痛2例,鎖釘鬆動斷裂5例.結論 微創技術治療脛骨多段骨摺髓內釘固定療效良好,手術創傷小,併髮癥髮生率低,是一種安全有效的方法.
목적 탐토미창수내정고정치료경골다단골절적료효.방법 대52례경골다단골절채용미창기술행수내정내고정환자적림상자료진행분석.결과 52례환자균획득수방,수방시간1～3년,평균1.5년.골절전부체도림상유합,무골불련급주정단렬.슬전동통2례,쇄정송동단렬5례.결론 미창기술치료경골다단골절수내정고정료효량호,수술창상소,병발증발생솔저,시일충안전유효적방법.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of intramedullary nail fixation with minimally invasion in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia.Methods Fifty-two cases of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia were given minimally invasive fixation under fluoroscopy.Results All patients were followed up for 12-36 months,average 18 months.All patients achieved bone union.There were no complications such as infection,nail breakage,malunion on bone nonunion occured.Two cases with knee pain and 5 cases with nail brake occurred.Conclusions Intramedullary nail fixation with minimally invasion in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia has stable fixation,minimal invasiib and fewer complications.It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia.
