目的 探讨鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效.方法 对62例(73眼)鼻泪管阻塞患者行逆行性鼻泪管支架植入术,分析其手术成功率、术后各个时间段的疗效及并发症.结果 73眼均一次性成功植入鼻泪管支架.拔管后3、6个月的总有效率分别为98.6％、95.9％、98.6％、98.6％、93.2％,所有支架均顺利取出,主要并发症为术中活动性出血及术后支架阻塞.结论 经改良的鼻泪管支架植入术,手术成功率高,近期和中期有效率高,并发症少.

목적 탐토비루관지가식입술치료비루관조새적료효.방법 대62례(73안)비루관조새환자행역행성비루관지가식입술,분석기수술성공솔、술후각개시간단적료효급병발증.결과 73안균일차성성공식입비루관지가.발관후3、6개월적총유효솔분별위98.6％、95.9％、98.6％、98.6％、93.2％,소유지가균순리취출,주요병발증위술중활동성출혈급술후지가조새.결론 경개량적비루관지가식입술,수술성공솔고,근기화중기유효솔고,병발증소.
Objective To investigate the effect of placement of nasolacrimal stent in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Sixty-two cases (73 eyes) of nasolacrimal duct obstruction underwent the retrograde nasolacrimal duct stent implantation,analyze the success rate of surgery,efficacy and complications of the postoperative periods.Results Stenting implantation was technically successful in 73 eyes.Three months postoperatively,the success rate was 98.6％.Six months postoperatively,the success rate was 95.9％.After stents were removed,the success rate was 98.6％.Three months after stents were removed,the success rate was 98.6％.Six months after stents were removed,the success rate was 93.2％.All stents were successfully removed.The intra-and post-operative complications included transient hemorrhage and obstruction of the stent.Conclusions The modified nasolacrimal duct stenting implantation suggests that the surgery success rate is higher and the complication is lower and the treatment in short and medium term is effective,complication is less.
