目的应用焦虑量表评价右美托咪定注射液用于全麻术后患者镇静的疗效.方法选择重症监护科全麻手术后患者70例,分为传统镇静方法组和右美托咪定组,每组35例,分别全程采用传统镇静方法及应用右美托咪定持续镇静24 h,所有入组患者应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)在术前、停用镇静药物及转出ICU时3次评估镇静药物的抗焦虑作用,探讨镇静药物对于全麻术后患者的抗焦虑效果.结果右美托咪定组患者术后2次HAMA评分均优于传统镇静药物组(P＜0.05),不良反应发生率较低,显示其抗焦虑效应优于传统镇静药物.结论右美托咪定具有起效快、对呼吸循环功能影响小、抗焦虑效应强等优点,是全身麻醉术后患者较为理想的镇静药物.

Objective To evaluation the sedation effect of dexmedetomidine injection for patients after general anesthesia by anxiety scale.Methods Seventy cases which after general anesthesia operation were randomly divided into the traditional methods group and control group,35 cases for each group.The patients were in the full use of sedation for 24 hours,all patients entered evaluation of the results by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) in the preoperative,disable the sedative drugs,and transfer out of ICU.To study the anxiolytic effects on the sedative drugs for patients after general anesthesia.Results Dexmedetomidine in groups of patients HAMA score were better than the traditional sedative drugs group (P ＜ 0.05),the adverse reaction rate was low,show its anxiolytic effect was better than traditional sedative drugs.Conclusions Dexmedetomidine has fast effect,small influence on respiratory and circulatory function,its anxiolytic effect is better than that of traditional medicine,is the ideal sedative drugs.
