目的 观察低频重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练对急性脑梗死患者运动功能和血清脑源性神经营养因子的影响.方法 将80例急性脑梗死后有运动功能损伤的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组加用低频重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练,共治疗3个月.治疗后比较两组患者运动功能和血清脑源性神经营养因子的变化.结果 在运动功能方面,对照组总有效率为75%,治疗组为95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).两组在治疗后均可明显提高患者的血清脑源性神经营养因子(P<0.01),并且治疗组提高更明显(P<0.01).结论 低频重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练可以明显提高急性脑梗死患者的运动功能,可能与提高患者脑源性神经营养因子的表达有关.

Objective To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) plus rehabilitation training on the motor function and serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction who had motor dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n =40 cases) and the treatment group(n =40 cases).The patients in the control group were cured through the conventional treatment,while the patients in the treatment group were cured through rTMS plus rehabilitation training.The motor function and BDNF were compared between two groups.Results In motor function,the total efficient rates were 75% in the control group and 95% in the treatment group.There was a significant difference (P <0.01).The BDNF in both groups were improved after treatment (P < 0.01).BDNF in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusions rTMS combined rehabilitation training can improve the motor function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,which was through improving the expression of BDNF.
