目的探讨急性脑梗死和陈旧性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆中D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平的变化及临床意义.方法测定46例急性脑梗死、48例陈旧性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、D-D、FIB水平,并与50名健康对照者结果进行比较.结果急性脑梗死和陈旧性脑梗死组血浆FIB水平均高于健康对照组,二者间比较差异无统计学意义;急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP、D-D水平显著升高,陈旧性脑梗死患者hs-CRP、D-D水平与健康对照组差异无统计学意义.急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP水平与D-D水平呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论检测hs-CRP、D-D、FIB对了解脑梗死患者病情变化及预防,及早采取针对性预防措施具有一定的临床价值.

Objective To investigate the level changes and clinical significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),plasma D-dimer (D-D) and fibrinogen (FIB) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and old cerebral infarction.Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP,D-D and FIB in 46 acute cerebral infarction patients and 48 old cerebral infarction patients were determined,and then compared with 50 healthy controls.Results The level of FIB in patients with acute cerebral infarction and old cerebral infarction was higher than that in healthy controls,but there was no significant difference between acute cerebral infarction patients and old cerebral infarction patients.The level of hs-CRP,D-dimer in acute type was significantly increased,and there was no significant difference between the patients in old cerebral infarction and the healthy controls.The level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with DD level in patients with acute cerebral infarction (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Testing the level of hsCRP,D-D and FIB,has a certain clinical value to understand the prevent and disease changes of patients with cerebral infarction,and take early preventive measures pertinently.
