目的 探讨参松养心胶囊对持续性房颤患者P波离散度及血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的影响.方法 将92例持续性房颠患者随机分为两组,每组46例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用参松养心胶囊治疗,两组共治疗8周.测定患者的P波离散度(Pd)和血浆NT-pro BNP.结果 观察组总有效率为95.7％,对照组为82.6％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后Pd和血浆NT-pro BNP水平均降低,且与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 采用参松养心胶囊可以降低持续性房颤患者的Pd和血浆NT-pro BNP水平.

목적 탐토삼송양심효낭대지속성방전환자P파리산도급혈장N-말단뇌납태전체(NT-pro BNP)적영향.방법 장92례지속성방전환자수궤분위량조,매조46례,대조조채용상규치료,관찰조재상규치료적기출상가용삼송양심효낭치료,량조공치료8주.측정환자적P파리산도(Pd)화혈장NT-pro BNP.결과 관찰조총유효솔위95.7％,대조조위82.6％,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).량조치료후Pd화혈장NT-pro BNP수평균강저,차여대조조비교,관찰조강저경명현(P＜0.05혹P＜0.01).결론 채용삼송양심효낭가이강저지속성방전환자적Pd화혈장NT-pro BNP수평.
Objective To study the effect of shensongyangxin capsules on P wave dispersion and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods The 92 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n =46 cases) and the observation group (n =46 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with conventional treatment plus shensongyangxin capsules.They were all treated for eight weeks.P wave dispersion and NT-pro BNP were compared between the two groups.Resuts The total effective rate were 95.7％ in the observation group and 82.6％ in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P ＜0.05).P wave dispersion and NT-proBNP levels decreased after treatment in both groups.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Shensongyangxin capsules can decrease P wave dispersion and NT-pro BNP level in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.
