目的 探讨常见大肠病变的CT表现,提高对这些病变的诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的46例大肠病变的CT表现,并结合相关文献讨论存在的可疑征象.结果 46例均经病理证实:大肠癌11例,恶性淋巴瘤5例,息肉4例,间质瘤7例,脂肪瘤2例,克罗恩病2例,溃疡性结肠炎5例,肠结核9例,肠壁脓肿1例.结论 大肠病变的CT诊断要从形态学、内部结构、强化程度及方式等多平面、多方位观察,排除可疑征象来综合分析.

목적 탐토상견대장병변적CT표현,제고대저사병변적진단수평.방법 회고성분석경병리증실적46례대장병변적CT표현,병결합상관문헌토론존재적가의정상.결과 46례균경병리증실:대장암11례,악성림파류5례,식육4례,간질류7례,지방류2례,극라은병2례,궤양성결장염5례,장결핵9례,장벽농종1례.결론 대장병변적CT진단요종형태학、내부결구、강화정도급방식등다평면、다방위관찰,배제가의정상래종합분석.
Objective To investigate the CT features of colorectal lesions,so as to improve the level of diagnosis for the disease.Methods Forty-six patients with suspected colorectal lesions were scanned by CT.Compared with surgical pathology and colonoscopy result,CT findings of colorectal lesions were analyzed and discussed combined with literatures.Results All of the 46 patients were confirmed by pathology.There were 11 cases of colorectal cancer,5 cases of malignant lymphoma,4 cases of colorectal polyp,7 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,2 cases of lipoma,2 cases of Crohn' s disease,5 cases of ulcerative colitis,9 cases of tuberculosis of large intestine and 1 case of colorectal wall abscess.Conclusions CT diagnosis of colorectal lesions should be comprehensive evaluated with morphology,internal structure,degree and ways of the enhancement,multiplanar and multidimensional observation,and eliminate the suspected symptoms.
