目的 探讨手法复位后,外固定架固定配合中药熏洗治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法 青岛市黄岛区中医医院骨伤一科自2011年12月至2012年12月采用手法复位、外固定架配合中药熏洗治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折63例.结果 经过6个月～1年(平均9个月)的随访,63例骨折全部愈合.按Dienst评估标准进行腕关节功能评定:优48例,良10例,差5例,优良率为92.06％.结论 手法复位、外固定架配合中药熏洗治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折创伤小、复位固定牢靠、住院时间短、费用低、早期功能锻炼,无需二次住院.该方法值得推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of manipulative reduction and external fixator combined with Chinese herb fumigation on unstable distal radius fractures.Methods From December 2011 to December 2012,63 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated by manipulative reduction and external fixator combined with Chinese herb fumigation.Results After followed-up for 6 months to 1 year,with an average of 9 months,all of the 63 patients had been healed.According to Dienst evaluation criteria for the wrist joint function assessment:excellent in 48 cases,good in 10 cases and poor in 5 cases,the excellent rate was 92.06％.Conclusions Manipulative reduction and external fixator combined with Chinese herb fumigation in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures has the advantages of less trauma,reliable fixation,shorter hospitalization time,lower cost,earlier functional exercise and without the second time in hospital.This method is worth promoting.
