目的 探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与帕金森病(PD)之间的相关性.方法 检测PD、脑梗死患者及对照组血浆Hcy水平,检测PD、脑梗死患者及对照组血浆叶酸和维生素B12水平.对PD患者血浆Hcy水平与叶酸及维生素B12水平进行相关性分析.结果 PD组、脑梗死组及对照组的Hcy浓度分别是(15.7±2.8)、(17.2±4.4)及(10.2±2.5)μmol/L,PD组和脑梗死组血浆Hcy明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).另外,经相关回归分析示:被检者血中血浆Hcy水平与叶酸及维生素B12水平存在负相关.结论 PD组、脑梗死组及对照组之间的血中Hcy水平不尽相同.Hcy水平与PD、脑梗死的发生有一定联系,并与维生素B12、叶酸呈负相关.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine level and Parkinson' s disease (PD).Methods The levels of plasma Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B12 of patients with PD,cerebral infarction and control group were detected.The levels of plasma Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B12 of PD patients were analyzed.Results Hcy levels in patients with PD,cerebral infarction and control group were (15.7 ± 2.81),(17.18 ± 4.43) and (10.25 ± 2.53) μmol/L,respectively.Hcy level in patients with PD and cerebral infarction were all significantly higher than that of control group.Hcy level in PD patients was significantly higher than that in patients with cerebral infarction.Correlation analysis found that the plasma level of Hcy was negatively correlated with the plasma levels of folate and vitamin B12.Conclusions The levels of Hcy were different among PD,cerebral infarction and control group.Hcy might be correlated with PD and cerebral infarction.Moreover,the negative relationship existed between Hcy and folate,vitamin B12.
